Cassie did my hair and oh my goodness was she just spectacular. I had no idea what I wanted, however, both times I have left being so in love with my hair. She didn’t just give me amazing hair but also a wonderful experience. She taught me how to shape and style my hair after which is so important for someone like me that does not know what I’m doing! I had never had my hair coloured before and was super nervous! She made me feel at ease and also directed me in the way to go with my look. Could not recommend this genius enough. We've got two generations of our family using this salon now and I'm totally sold on their expertise. Ahmet runs the salon. He's extraordinarily experienced and a true master colourist. He gave me a much-needed update to my look with a balayage and root touch-up, helping me see my way past "just brown." Thank you! His #2, the remarkable Cassie did a colour correction on my daughter. It was a complex job and she totally nailed it. Daughter felt totally transformed. What had been a bad bleach job with remnants of other colour was turned into a head of creamy light colour and a sleek trim. I feel lovely and look better. My daughter feels, possibly for the first time, that she looks like a really polished grown-up. I love this team. Either Ahmet or Cassie will take very good care of you. Absolutely love this hair salon. I'm usually very disloyal, jumping between salons and deals on groupon etc but have been so impressed with this place that I've been back many times and have no intention of going anywhere else. Staff are always incredibly friendly and attentive and full of brilliant and helpful advice without the horrid up sells. Plus, I walk away feeling great every time when usually I run home to re-wash and style my own way anywhere else! At the age of 30 I've finally found 'my' hairdresser. Highly recommend.

This is a 5 star salon and the best around in Battersea. Great customer experience with the fantastic Ahmet and Cassie who really listen to what you want. I've had my hair cut and coloured and the treatments have always been fantastic. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone.
