I recently visited Step In Reflexology in London, and I can't recommend it highly enough! I treated myself to a 45-minute foot massage, and it was hands down the best foot massage I've ever experienced. The atmosphere was calming and inviting, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.  The therapist was skilled and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and soothe my feet. I felt an immediate difference in my overall relaxation and well-being.  In addition to foot massages, Step In Reflexology offers a variety of other massage services, making it a fantastic spot for anyone looking to unwind. Whether you're a reflexology enthusiast or just in need of some pampering, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure!

I’ve got a 30 mins foot massage and I loved it! Is a deep massage so is understandable that it might get uncomfortable in some parts of your feet. They are very polite and professional! I recommend it 100%.  Remember is a first come first served.

They refurbished and now they seem to have a more professional setup and the place looks cleaner and neater, with all new chairs. Massage was good but beware it's not a relaxing massage. I flinched a few times! Therapist was great with the massage stick on my feet and it felt really good. Tips: They seem to adopt the same principle as the massage shops I see in the same type of places in Chinatowns in the US - price low and then *expect* a tip. The 60m for example is £0.91/min which is below the going rate in London, now about £1.20/minute. It's unrealistic to expect to pay even £1/minute so for a tip add 10-15%.

The man who did my massage didn't greet me, was incredibly weird and only interacted with my friend. Not sure if it's because she is white and I am black or for some other reason, but it didn't make me feel welcomed. Then when I tipped £3 the receptionist shouted this out to her colleagues saying it wasn't enough I can understand some basic Chinese. Might be best to wait until the customer is gone before you start talking about them in the future.

I had a relaxing, and much needed treatment at Step In Reflexology today! We didn’t have to wait as I think we came at the right time. Derek gave me a 60 minute foot massage and it was lovely!! He was focused and got out all my tough spots from all the walking i’ve done in London the past 4 days. The place is clean, bustling, and everyone there is so nice. I thought the price was really good for the service you get. My feet thank Derek! now i know where to go next time i’m back in London!

I recently visited Reflexology for a foot massage and a neck and shoulder massage. The experience was overall very pleasant. The space is well lit and has a warm, inviting atmosphere, although it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy.  The massage itself was excellent—both the foot massage and the neck and shoulder massage were exactly what I needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.  It is a "first-come-first-serve" system so you cannot book an appointment or reserve a spot. You must arrive and wait for the next available spot. One thing to note is that there’s a waiting area downstairs, which is a nice touch. While the place does get busy, the quality of service remains high, and I left feeling very relaxed.  I would definitely recommend Reflexology if you're looking for a quality massage in a cosy environment.

If you’ve lived in Asia- this is the closest I’ve found to the regular foot massages I used to get. Experienced masseuse, strength of massage as strong as you like, and the most invigorating 15 min back and neck massage  including arms! I’ve ever had. Mak was brilliant. I’m so pleased I’ve found this place as I have been looking for a year and half for a good massage place. Shop itself is very no frills, but staff LOVELY and very skilled and trained. You’re greeted by the fabulously friendly Ivy at front desk. You can’t make an appointment but you can wait or come back soon for the next slot. I appreciate this way of working because holding booked slots for people who don’t show up is beyond frustrating. Languages spoken are English, Cantonese and Mandarin. They tailor make the massage experience to suit injuries and whether you want a combination of body and foot. Very reasonably priced for London too. £45 for half hour foot and 15min back and neck. Thoroughly recommend if you actually want to feel some benefit and not just have a foot pampering session. I’ll be back! Thank you

Not for the faint hearted but a true Chinese massage to help resolve discomfort in the back / feet / neck etc. a bargain considering the help it will do you as it’s not easy for the masseur / masseuse to apply this much pressure for an hour or more. I had Mary who was truly strong and professional and literally eliminated a sharp pain I was having in my neck that day. I was actually amazed that the pain just vanished. As the saying goes ‘no pain no gain’. I will definitely be back

Stopped here after a flight in from the US, clean, professional, very accommodating, you can mix and match the amount of time you want on your feet vs neck vs back - customize it to what you need. Will definitely make a stop back during my time in London
