Very professional efficient waxing service I have been going here for a number of months. They always do a very quick and carefull job. No bruising and no hair missed would throughly recommend. Also a very reasonable price. Gaby particularly does a fab job!!! She is the best

The absolute best waxing salon I’ve found in my years of waxing around London, NY and many cities in Europe. I have thin, sensitive skin which is very easy to bruise. Never had even the slightest discomfort. Hands down perfect service, meticulous care for the skin, wonderful people. I’ve so far been with Sean and Gabby and both are just the best. I’m so impressed I found a place like this, I actually work to time work travels so I go there. Just go.

This was my first venture into the world of hair removal and I am happy to confirm that the experience has exceeded all of my expectations. From the initial telephone booking with Eddie, who was warm and delightful, to the actual treatment, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. Tracy, who conducted the treatment, was welcoming, professional and considerate throughout and I am absolutely ecstatic with the result. I would highly recommend this business to any man who might be a bit apprehensive about this kind of treatment. I will definitely be coming back!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Do not interact with this awful woman. I tried to re-schedule my appointment due to family reasons and then due to health reasons. Tracy called me in the middle of my work day to shout at me. Incredibly bizarre behaviour!

These are hair removal specialist. This is their craft. I took an appointment here because my normal London sugaring place was booked. LUCKY ME! Because I was able to find X-it! Not only did I get the cleanest most thorough hollywood but also a wealth of after care knowledge that other “professionals” don’t even bother to tell you about. First time going to X-it today and it was awesome. The salon is super welcoming and so is the staff. The atmosphere is very friendly yet professional. I saw Danni, and she did such a great job really, thank you Danni. Her personality and her skills made me feel confident that I was in good hands. She could answer all questions and she showed genuine kindness. The fact that as a new customer I had been given extra time meant that I did not feel that the job was rushed. I had had regular waxing done to me before and did not like the mediocre result, nor the thought of having all these chemicals on my skin as it is sensitive. I found the sugar wax impressive. My skin was silky smooth and not irritated in the slightest. I loved how conscientious Danni was - as others have mentioned, she is a perfectionist. Thank you all for a great experience. I look forward to coming back!

My experience was really good. The place was extremely clean and the staff was welcoming. Gabby was an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend her.

I've been getting waxed my whole life and always dreaded it but since I discovered Tracy and X-it it's become an enjoyable experience thanks to her professionalism and pain-free treatment. On top of that her energy, awesome personality just adds an extra bonus. Absolutely recommend her, she will change your life! Also everything is extremely clean and neat.
