Love this salon and love Vince! I’ve searched a long time to find the right stylist who has a great personality and is able to see what colour and style looks good for me personally. Perm left me with scab on my scalp and a rash on my neck I never leave reviews but this was not a good experience. I asked two members of family to chip in for this VERY EXPENSIVE perm on my birthday. I left with very marginally wavy hair to be honest, and the hairdresser said it would settle in but after a week it was basically flat. So I didn't get what I asked for, and also the perm cut my scalp and left a rash on my neck. I sent them pictures and they said I should have got a test, but I have been having perms for 8 years and have never had this reaction. Also the hairdresser said I wouldn't need a test, so I didn't get one. They refused even a partial refund, after I both was injured and didn't get what I paid for, and also lied about me showing a reference picture after I provided proof. I was going to pursue small claims but I work a demanding minimum wage job and I don't have the time or money for it. Maybe I will one day but for now an honest review will do. So basically this place charged me an extortionate price, didn't do what the money paid for even slightly, injured me and then tried to gaslight me saying I didn't provide what I did and that I provided pictures of the injuries too late for it to matter. So don't go here at all is my advice, you will pay way too much and not get what you want.
Excellent as always. First proper styling since the baby and wedding - Lorena has got me feeling like a person again! Always a pleasure to come here and my husband and I remain happy regular customers. Addition: Had a manicure and pedicure by Kintia today. Easily the best I’ve had since moving to Greenwich and a bonus is that she is lovely too. Highly recommend her for nail services.
We had an appointment before cousin's wedding. I went in with my boyfriend's mum. We had hair and makeup done. Firstly, I'd like to say that all of the staff and 2 wonderful little boys asking to serve drinks are amazing. Stylist Vincenzo is simply incredible. He did such a fantastic job on my hair up do. He is also so funny and friendly. Loved him! Bijeta did our makeup. She is so lovely. I was very happy with it, flawless job done, and it lasted full day and night without getting caked or smudged. Highly recommending this salon. Will go again every time I am in London.
I visited for the first time today and had a gel manicure with Bijeta who is so lovely. I received excellent customer service, Bijeta paid great attention to detail and my nails were perfect! Vincenzo is amazing! I had a haircut and blow dry and he did an amazing job. He immediately made me feel very welcome, was so friendly and made me laugh a lot. The Salon is very nice, it has a relaxing atmosphere. Honestly, Vincenzo is one of the best hairdresser in London, he is very knowledgeable, precise and consistent.
