A truly dreadful service.  They are rude, incompetent and difficult to communicate with.   They acted in the administration of an estate of which we were a beneficiary and everything took forever.  Margaret Wyse never replied to emails or calls.  It took a threat to refer them to the Ombudsman to get a response from Mr Robertson who promised to handle the matter personally and who was not heard from again.  It's also worth noting that a Frasier Napier works for the firm - I wonder if it's the same Fraser Napier who gave the 5 star review.  I would have given no stars if that were possible.

We used this company to sell our house and buy another; absolutely dreadful service from them! No communication, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, flipant attitude of "receptionist". Made an already stressful time, even worse. Never again!!  3 months later, I'm still awaiting my receipt and copy of my deeds, despite phoning them and emailing them; damn disgracefull way to conduct business.

Very efficient conveyancing service from Robertson Wyse. I was kept fully informed along the way and Lynne was extremely helpful when some last minute issues arose.
