Staff aren’t interested in browsing customers. Place stank of stale cigs. Prices reasonable but a lot of poorly made junk in there.

Bought my daughter some school shoes for £35 for her feet to get soaking wet! Had them two weeks and returned them with receipt but was told it had been raining and they weren't waterproof shoes!?! They were even starting to come away! Kids still go to school in wet weather!! Told they'd be sent to head office to be tested but would take over a week! Am I supposed to send my daughter to school in bare feet?! Iv never had this problem with school shoes before! Terrible service will stick to Clarks or Charles Clinkard like Iv always done because you only get what you pay for! Terrible customer service. Maybe wynsors is ok for adults feet but not for children!!

Had a fantastic sales assistant help myself and my son who has autism. She absolutely made him feel welcome and understood his needs. Brilliant autism awareness in store!

Bought a pair of trainers from there and realised that the stitching has come away and created a hole in my shoe. Really not happy. I can't find the reciept and need to take them back im so disgusted.

HUGE choice of footwear at very reasonable prices. Out of town but easily accessible. No problem parking. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's THE shoe shop!!
