Brilliant houses but the after sales service is basically non existent. Don't waste your time or effort trying to get any faults rectified once you've moved in, they will get out of doing any repairs properly and just waste even more of your time whilst they try to bodge it!

Superb product with a knowledgeable team behind it. Wyatt Homes really go above and beyond with the design of their properties. The on site sales team are outstanding and very helpful, miles above any other small house builder in the local area.

Great houses but the customer service post sale is truly awful. Gina who is the customer service post sale is so incompetent it's scary. Once sold they really dont care and will try their best to get out of all repairs or problems. It's a shame as they have a good reputation but badly let down by this department. Avoid

Nightmare houses, expensive and terribly made, good luck trying to get any help with the issues, AVOID

Called today and spoke to Tiffany who was quick to advise me on my questions and found her to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
