Excellent range of sofas with displays covering 3 floors in the front showroom and 2 floors in a back showroom. The staff are friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, they really made the difference to my shopping experience. Willing to do deals also, unlike some other sofa shops. Very competitive prices and very good quality products. Parking can be dodgy, knocking a star off, though everything you need to browse pick and buy a quality sofa is here.
I pray that if you are ever travelling in the area of sofa land you do not get lost. Was early morning before shop opened was lost and with no other parking in the area. So pulled into a car park of the road so other viechles could pass, the same spot where sofaland lorrys would load and unload. Where I asked a few locals if they knew the address I was looking. At which point the owner came parked his jeep behind my lorry went into shop and refused to move for over an hour. Because it doesn't matter if someone is lost and in need of help. This sad pathetic power tripping man will not help you. In fact quite the opposite. After having to listen for 20 minutes how he owns the land and I should not be on it. I sire hope you are more helpful to customers . As your attitude towards someone lost was pure disgusting.
Great range, competitively price, and fantastic after sales care. The delivery men were careful and professional.
Waited 1 year and 9 days on sofa. That was poor enough but a week after delivery I’m still waiting a courtesy call to even offer some sort of apology for wait. Delivery guys were brilliant. But customer service sucks.
Could not praise delivery of my suite today by Martin and Henry. 1st class. Very impressed which how suite arrived covered in a zipped padded cover. Extremely impressed
Where do I start, really disappointed with the customer service at Wrights Sofaland. Went to the store back in March and seen a lovely sofa. The girl told me if I paid quickly I'd have it for May at the latest. My sofa arrived yesterday 19/08/2021 Not once in nearly 20weeks off waiting did the staff at Wrights Sofaland get in touch with me with any update. It was me ringing once a week for information. I then sent emails and messages on Facebook asking for some sort of discount and got no reply. They then blocked me on Facebook. Just so so Disappointing. Never Again will I shop at this place. The delivery guys were so nice and helpful.
Really disappointed with the longevity of two sofas bought from them. Even after repair within warranty the problems reoccurred. Poor for the price. Just in response to the Business's comment about usage and care we brought another sofa suite from them which is still in really good condition despite it being used significantly more more than the suite which has deteriorated. Our previous suite also lasted over 10 years without any upholstery issues.
My sofa from Wright's was delivered on Friday, the delivery guys we're excellent and arrived when they said they would. Everything has been great with the purchase right back to the beginning. There was no pressure to buy at the time and I was free to browse the shop at my leisure. Stuart dealt with the order and was very helpful and outlined how to care for the sofa. There was no pressure selling or any pushy sales tactics. Would definitely recommend.
I WENT YESTERDAY TO VIEW SOFAS IN THE BELFAST AREA AND THE MAJORITY OF PLACES SAID THE SAME THING IT IS ON OUR WEBSITE, I ARRIVED AT WRIGHTS 30 MINUTES PAST CLOSING TIME A LADY CAME OUT TO GREET ME AND OPENED THE SHOP, WE SELECTED THE PERFECT SOFA AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SHE DID NOT RUSH US, I FEEL THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND I AM VERY PLEASED OTHER BUSINESSES TAKE NOTE
Our delivery was massively, massively, delayed. We were far from happy obviously but they buy these sofas in on containers and yeah sometimes things get delayed that's life. 18 months on though and I felt the need to finally leave a review. Like with previous sofas, from Next Home and BHS home...my sofa was late. Unlike them through its still in 100% pristine condition. The arse hasn't fallen out of it, the springs aren't gone, the armrests aren't banjooed and the padding doesn't look like a deflated football. It's actually the same as the day I bought it and I'm delighted. Sometimes quality is worth the wait and do you know what? Their prices are cheaper too.
