DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE. The staff in store are fantastic. The problems start once they have your money. They provide fitters who either don't turn up or just want to do a quick job. They add on an insane amount of supplementary costs on fitting (over 5k), the quote is nothing like the final cost. The installation team and telephone support are shocking. I have had nothing but problems that have caused over 6 weeks of delays on my kitchen to the point where I complained so much that they offered me a refund. I have now been chasing them for over a month for that refund, I've been told at every turn 3-5 working days. They are an absolute disgrace of a company and I would urge nobody to use them.

Reconfiguring our new kitchen was always going to be a daunting task but the designers at Wren made it a simple process. On our first visit armed with estimated measurements and rough plans it was just a case of converting those ideas to a detailed computerised plan. That was easy. Back home we decided to change the whole thing by moving doors and putting up a false wall to give us more of a galley style kitchen - no problem for Wren who made the changes without a fuss. Kitchen was delivered in just over two weeks with only one slightly damaged door which was replaced in a couple of days. The build quality is great and would buy again without hesitation.

All contact with Wren is through the designer, and ours changed stores between deposit and final planning, making it an interesting process. Nevertheless, the cabinets are very well made and easy to keep clean. We asked our builder to fit the kitchen, costing us significantly less than the quote from Wren and are very happy with the results.

Excellent kitchen fitted. Gave me a very good price for infinity plus kitchen and fitting plus 4 white goods. You do need to haggle though so don't be shy.

Great customer experience at Wren Croydon, Sahin was friendly, helpful and took the time to design our kitchen with us, going through all options and trying to find us the best deal too. Our kitchen is now installed and looking great. Have recommended Wren around me and will keep doing so!
