The food today in store was fresh and tasty. The layout of the showrooms were great. The staff were helpful at all times which made it easy to find what I was looking for and the facilities were clean.
IKEA Croydon is a very large store with everything you need. There are lots of showrooms, which give plenty of inspiration. They also have a food hall for classic IKEA food, a cafe, and a food shop.nnThe staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve been here a few times, and if you want to avoid the crowds, I recommend visiting on weekdays Monday to Wednesday between 5pm and 9pm.nnThe only downside is that sometimes the IKEA app shows items as in stock when they’re not actually available in store or they’re on display and you can’t purchase them.
Great furniture store and cafe.nnWe had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done.nnWe then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop.nnSomeone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks.nnAfter that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever.nnDisabled access is brilliant throughout.nnMy only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.
This branch is really good and have great collection on home products. The foods served are also quick , fresh and staffs are friendly. Good experience
The delivery man kept hitting the box on the floor as he made his way from the truck to my apartment, I tried reporting the broken item online and also using your online form, only to keep being redirected to the start of the process. Terrible customer service! Zero accountability.nnUltimately, the solution I was presented with was to take the broken item to an ikea store and go through the whole process in person. If I could go to a store myself I wouldn’t have ordered online in the first place.
