We looked at a number of options before visiting Wren Kitchens. The sales staff were really fantastic and attentive in store and from the main customer service teams with honest and practical advise. The Wren Team outlined lots of different options that provided flexibility and helped us to make a number changes throughout the design process (including only a few weeks from delivery). This made the whole process so easy and seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitting team were also amazing. Highly professional and had the old kitchen out in under 4 hours and the new kitchen was in within 4 days!! The fitting team also recommended some brilliant electricians and plasterers to aid in some of the other work needed. All round fantastic service and great experience.

From walking into Wren in Chester the experience was fantastic.. all the staff are so friendly and attentive the kitchens on show are beautiful with an excellent choice of colours, styles and types of kitchen. The kitchen we had installed is perfect, the quality of the units is excellent, very hear wearing and looks stunning. Our worktops are gorgeous so stunning, I had a picture in my mind and everything was achieved. Thank you all so much Wren .. just perfect..

Excellent service by attentive staff at store. Quickly designed a CAD plan. Delivery was on time and quickly off loaded, driver was friendly and helpful. One small issue with a damaged door was quickly replaced and even provided free cutlery trays as a goodwill gesture for the damaged door. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish a very positive experience. Good guidance and advice when choosing th units. They were delivered on the date agreed. The fitters were a pleasure to have in the house and their workmanship was first class. No hesitation in recommending Wren.

Quality is good, staff were very helpfull. They planned our kitchen better than what we had envisaged. Always had another "special offer" so don't settle for first quote. The showroom was spacious, clean and well planned out. When a problem arose they reorderd the part and it was delivered asap with the minimum of fuss at no extra cost.
