If I could give zero stars for this company I would. The nest of tables had to be returned because of poor workmanship on one of the tables. Full refund given, however, so no problem and tables re-ordered as they were ideal otherwise for my purposes. The second delivery revealed yet another defect (central panel on the large table was poorly aligned and it looked like shoddy workmanship). Customer services, who were quite obstructive, did not regard this as a defect and referred me to their product manual which was supplied after I'd paid for the order. As a result, this company charged me £20 to have the tables returned. I have since purchased identical tables, without defects, from another company at a much cheaper price and am fully satisfied.

This should be called generic oak furniture land. Such uninspiring range of products I nearly fell asleep wandering around the showroom. The furniture seems OK and there is the odd piece that does not seem ridiculously under sized. If you have a small modern house I expect you could find something that could suit your needs. In summary, it's OK if bland is your thing.

Generally good quality furniture and a large store which makes browsing easy. Beware of constant sales however, as prices seem to have a life of their own. There is also a long, convoluted process if an item is damaged, which involves sending photos, having the item inspected and then repaired, which is not acceptable for something that is supposedly "new", so bear that in mind before purchasing. Otherwise communications are good, and drivers usually stick to their delivery slot.

the furniture here is TOP quality and the staff are AMAZING, really friendly and not at all pushy!! i'll be going back here for sure!!
