I became a patient here a month ago. They didn't connect my NHC app. I can not order the necessary medicines, there are no results of my tests. It is not possible to book an appointment online. This puts my health at risk. The doctor does not show professional ethics during the appointment. GP Wragby needs reform. I hesitate to give even 1 star.
My experience has been positive all staff cheerful and willing to listen. Obviously some GPS have different styles but the angel l saw today could not have been more helpful
This surgery is continually recruiting for staff for a reason. Rude practice manager, no care or respect for patients. In my opinion, this place has spent two years killing people and you won’t get any decent level of care or professionalism here. The NHS is dead guys, your government has made sure of it, and the jobsworth staff that work in this practice have done nothing but contribute to it. Go get some private health care, you’ll need it.
Regrettably since Simon Topham left this surgery has descended into chaos. The management is atrocious, the staff recruitment leaves a lot to be desired and any decent staff don't seem to stay. On top of this you will not get the treatment you require, and will be lied to about it. Some serious attitude problems with some people who need to consider a career change.
We have lived in Wragby for seven years but only recently registered with the Wragby Surgery. The service was impressive from the non medical staff, everything was set up within hours, we get regular texts and invitations to have certain services we don’t need them though. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the non medical staff and although we don’t need any medical intervention, I presume it’s as efficient in that area as well.

Should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves! Misdiagnosed an 18 month old baby, plus their rude, uncaring manner is beyond anything I have ever encountered! Will be seeking advice. They should be held accountable for what I can only describe as contempt towards patients.
I have been a patient of Wragby Surgery for over 15 years. I have always found them helpful, professional and caring. Like most of the NHS they are under immense pressure and can't always offer the service as quickly as they or we would like, but they are the best surgery I have ever had. There have been some delivery issues with areas like pharmacy, but they now appear historical. The doctors, nurses and admin staff have always been very accomodating - thanks Wragby Surgery.
A fantastic surgery, from the very helpful reception staff, the practice nurse, consultant nurses to the Doctors. Always a smile, and great dedication to a team that goes beyond a surgery remit. As a health care professional I intract with many surgeries, Wragby surgery is one of the best, and that best is a small group. Highly recommended, but I'm biased as I have been on their books for 14 years.
Some fantastically great staff and very friendly doctors once you get to see one , unfortunately as always a bone head woman who needs extra training and informing not everyone knows what procedure is This weekShould find employment elsewhere your letting the practice down and most likely your work colleagues !
