I’ve bought a lot of jewellery at this store and spent a lot of money, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. However, on a recent visit for earring backs, when the female staff member asked a male staff member for assistance and mentioned I was allergic to cheap metal, I could have done without the eye roll from him. Got the impression I was a bit of a nuisance.

Brilliant service from Ian at Wotagem! I've had 3 watches that have needed adjusting in terms of wrist linkages being removed and batteries replaced. Each time, the service has been great - friendly staff and quick turnaround with a reliable outcome.

The gifts at Wotagem are so unique. I was trying to find an original gift for my boss. I found it online at Wotagem! I made the purchase with PayPal. Ian, at Wotagem, emailed me a very personable apology about not able to ship to the US at this time. I was bummed, but understood. To my delighted surprise, Ian sent me another email saying he could send it, but I needed to pay shipping. This was no problem for me! There were a couple of glitches on my end with PayPal. Ian was always kind and patient. I received my package in excellent condition! I presented it to my boss and he loves his gifts from Wotagem! Thank you Ian! You're a God sent angel!
