This tired store features out of style jewellery and terrible customer service. The owner wouldn’t exchange an item claiming it was damaged when it never left the original packaging. You are made to stand around like cattle until the owner can be asked to give you the time of day. He was too busy smoking cigarettes to attend me. Following this, I was called at 3 AM by the store and was told to come in for a refund the following day. However when I got there the door was shut and nobody was there, all for nothing. Waste of time and money. Personally, I would be VERY wary of ever buying something from this shady business. Be warned. Once you have departed with your cash, they will ignore calls and attempts to contact them.
The worst sub standard service and the worst sub quality Jewellery I’ve ever experienced. My stone came out 3 times from my wedding band after 8 years and they made me pay each time. Then they still held my ring for 10 months and they told me they would make me a brand new one. To my surprise, it was totally different and they are trying to tell me that it’s the same! I noticed immediately that it was a higher setting and they are insisting that my ring used to be like the new one they made. The owner is insulting my intelligence and their own dodgy business by coming up with such a story.
As others have expressed, really awful place. Needs new management
