Absolutely delightful place, great staff and friendly atmosphere
The instructor kicked my knee when I was not looking to “correct my form” and I have been using crutches for 2weeks. The knee is still unstable and sore. Note this was my first time ever going for a boxing class.
Amazing gym. Amazing staff! Friendly, hard working and dedicated team to help you reach your goals. Fantastic with children, Classes are good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for whole family!
Friendly, relaxed and very good at what they do! Always a great atmosphere, the guys are very inclusive whether you’re a pro or a beginner. Huge thumbs up! Don’t be worried or intimidated coming in if you’re completely new to martial arts or gym going in general. You will be welcomed and well taken care of first time I’ve walked through the door I’ve had no experience with Muay Thai whatsoever, excellent team of people and an excellent to make new friends too.
