A friend recommended this store to me recently and I ordered two bowls of soup. There was a mix up with the delivery as I had put a seperate shipping address. I rang wosiwosi and they not only sorted this out quickly, but sent fresh bowls of soup to my shipping address. Excellent customer service from them and I am pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended
Wosi wosi need to do better on the perishable items; you were very doing fine before, but I can't say that again. I called the store to complain of the rotten Ewedu I received. I decided to check other items I received the same day and noticed the onions were all rotten. I think I'll have to try another online store rather than wasting money.
So, on Friday, 17th January 2025, I went to buy Odara/ Agbalomo from Wosiwosi after calling them and was told that they had some. I bought 30 pieces for £15 only to take them home and upon opening each and everyone of it up, realise that they were all badly rotten. My £15 was gone, I could not eat even one Odara/Agbalomo. I called the shop and spoke with a sales person who told me that i could not return it, even though we are in the UK and you can return an item if it is unfit for consumption. I am unhappy that I wasted my money. I have included photo of the Agbalomo/Odara I dumped in the bin.nnI have decided to amend my post written on 24/01/2025, to state that after making the post, my other complaint on Facebook was acknowledged and I was advised to again go back to their warehouse and speak with their Manager Femi, to refund my money. I was refunded and had a chat with the manager who told me that they were aware of the agbalomo they got and that they will speak with their supplier. They further informed me that whenever they have a better agbalomo, that they would contact me to let me know.
Wosiwosi is not to be trusted. I made an order, some items didn't get delivered,I asked for a refund,I was refunded and then in 3 days,I got a notification from my bank that the refund process was cancelled. Chatted them to explain what happened,she ignored me knowing fully well that the money went back into their account.nSecond time,items weren't delivered and I was told that I will get a refund, yet nothing has come through for days now. They will never take calls or respond to voicemail.nShould I talk about the damaged yam and onions that was sent to me. I will never recommend wosiwosi to anyone, they are not to be trusted.
Food poisoning is NO JOKEnI ordered over £100 of meat. I have never had any issues with other online stores and wosi wosi’s reviews are good. 3days after paying for my order , I sent an email chasing up my order.Wednesday At about 16:46 I received a message that my order was with DHL.nThe next day Thursday I got a message that my Parcel was delayed. I called Wosi Wozi and I think Laroche told me that she would sort it with DHL. The Friday I got another message that my parcel is still delayed. It is a known fact that Bacteria starts to grow 2 hours after removing meat from refrigerator. laroche told me that they did not pack with ice as they only use ice in summer. She mentioned it was in a cooler box. Please note I received the meat 3 days later and refused to accept the delivery. I can not freeze meat that was in transit for 3 days with no refrigerator. I do not want to be responsible for sending 3 families to A and E on Christmas day. After reaching out several times, I have still not had a response. According to terms and conditions of Wosi Wosi, if the courier is unable to deliver and the meat goes bad because the customer is not available, they will NOT refund. But what about if they send you rotten meat, you cook it and send many people to A and E??? Who takes responsibility for that??? I have emails to prove all of this , as well as my call register will show I called Wosi Wosi. I believe my refund is due. DHL failed to comply and should compensate wosi wosi and I should be reimbursed for my hard earned money as I still have people to feed. I am NOT asking for something for free or begging for something I didn’t work for. This is my money.
