Just spent 2 hours here, and my daughter still didn't get to see father Christmas. . . We had no notices up to tell of waiting time. Eventually my mother stopped a member of staff and he told us it would be at least another hour from the point we had got to. A waste of time, a crying daughter and a very upset grandmother. I don't think you can cope with the volume of people and shouldn't even do it if you knew that it was going to happen. Very poor management!!Thank you for ruining the day. Won't be back!!!

Having just waited for three and a half hours in the rain to see Father Christmas, I am not feeling the Christmas spirit. Yes, the Winter Wonderland is pretty, and the mini Christmas trees were a nice touch, but asking people to pay £30 for all of this is a stretch too far. We arrived at the opening time (10.30am on a Sunday), and there was already a 3 hour wait (we didn't know this at the time). Perhaps it would be beneficial for everyone if your Mangers could organise the queuing system so hoards of young children and babies are not waiting for such a long time in the freezing cold and rain.

Good size garden centre with fairly good range of planting. Good cafe with small soft play area, but it can get congested and slow at peak times. Attached farm foods is very good and a well stocked aquatics shop. Seasonal specials such as winter wonderland are very good. For the best deals try end of season, being a chain it is not the cheapest garden centre.

We went to garden centre this evening got there at 4.45 we put 4 bags of Slate in trolley got to cash tills ask where the bubble wrap was the lady said out those doors but we are closing but we had 10 minutes left before they shut the doors , my partner asked to use the toilet she said they was shut he is disabled and really needed the loo , and I never got to get my bubble wrap was not very happy
