Not busy between 5pm and 6pm because they decide to close early. I work in hospitality and my work has to stay open until our closing time no matter how slow business may be. It’s been a long hot day and I was looking forward to a cooler drink at 5:30 only to be turned away. How unprofessional.

It's extremely expensive but so is every Costa in the world. The seating areas are lovely especially the outside areas. Would be 5 stars if you lower the prices, even a little bit.

A very quirky little Costa with a very nice interior. Seating isn't to everyone's liking due to being "compact" but in saying this there is further seating outside (rear, summer months only though). The staff are very hit and miss, lots of foreign exchange students at times and you find yourself pointing at what you would like, frustrating for all when busy.... At the moment of writing this all is good with the staff and very curious and polite.. The shop has been of late crowded by children requiring a place of free WiFi and meeting, this takes up valuable seating especially when nothing has been bought from within the shop!!

This place is ok for a coffee stop. Not ase. clean as it could be and the dead plants don't exactly make it better. The toilets are dirty. Attention to details are far from good. Too many staff stood chatting instead of doing the things that need to be done. Always seem to get a trainee doing the coffees.

This is the best Costa! The staff are great and always go the extra mile to give great service!
