I needed a repair done on my bike. I phoned in and was told I couldn't make an appointment over the phone but had to book it in online which I did, paying a £3 fee up front for collection. As I work long hours and variable shifts,  I carefully arranged the collection around my days off. The day before the bike was due to be collected I received a text reminding me of the appointment. I got up early on the Saturday morning and waited in all morning only to have no one show up. I called the shop and was told there'd been an error and that my bike wouldn't be collected.   Apparently the online system has a problem which begs the question why use it in the first place? Thoroughly unimpressed.

I bought a small pedometer for my new bike. I wasn't greeted when I first entered and I browsed for a while before finding what I was looking for, the price tag was £5 cheaper than what was rung up on the iPad til however they did adjust it, although small the store was well stocked

I needed a small repair job on my brake and the guy working took a look at it and was able to help me out on the spot. Very friendly and obviously knows his stuff. While there we were also able to pick up a spare tube and tire for our touring bikes.
