Store was quiet as it was the evening. Found the wiper blade I wanted as I knew the part number in advance. The payment desk was manned by two assistants, and was covered in 'junk', didn't create a great impression. Perfunctory payment process.
Im maybe being biased, but the team are usually always helpful, I go there a lot for one thing or another. Theyre a good team nnI bought car cleaning products, there were a couple of new products i thought id give a try.
Not good wipers did not fit and did give my car reg overhaul would use Amazon as parts more cost effective and delivered to your door had to give one star to post overhaul would give no star .
Just needed a headlight bulb fitted. So quick and easy. Technician knew exactly what was needed and fixed it quickly and apparently easily. Very happy with Halfords. Not nearly as expensive as I feared it might be
Wife went in to Halfords in Dundee, needed a bulb replaced, asked for the 150% or 200% brighter bulbs to be fitted, instead they fitted 25% longer life Bulbs.
