The Dundee depot service was excellent! I needed a replacement headlight bulb and the weather conditions were wet and cold. In quick time it was replaced and I was good to go! Thank you!
I purchased a car seat from another place, and was struggling with installation. I called this store and despite not having purchased it from here, a member of the team told me that if I bring my car and the seat he'd help me install it, and sure enough when I arrived he helped me and did it with a smile. He didn't need to do that, especially as I bought the car seat from elsewhere- just a very kind, helpful member of staff, and an asset to Halfords.

Website said 3 of a particular battery in stock. I head in, see none on shelf. Asked guy behind counter about it. He goes and checks through the back. Confirms none in stock although showing 3 on system. Proceeds to tell me Arbroath is also showing 3 in stock, I should go along there. I point out that the dundee store said 3 tho to which he replies he doesn't know what I should do then. Least he could have done was to call them up and check for me. Felt like guy was being a bit cheeky responding like that.
Great service. Finished in just over one hour, then ran through the operation of the cameras, made sure the app was working etc. All good and would recommend.
