After returning to training after a long time off due to health problems and surgery last night 16/01/23 was my first session back at a gym. Craig the owner made me feel welcome and gave me some great advance on different training methods. Very pleasant experience friendly environment. Can’t recommend this gym anymore.

Fantastic gym with fantastic owners and you will go again

Excellent choice of equipment, the gym is clean and tidy, weights are put away properly, it never gets to busy,sometimes you even have the place to yourself. The owners are friendly  , knowledgeable and professional, wish I had made myself a member here earlier.

The best gym I ever been. Very good eqipment. They keep it really clean. Comfortable to do hard workout. Highly recommendet.
