Having used local independents prior to engaging Workwear Express we have been well rehearsed in design, quality, consistency and delivery issues.nnWorkwear Express have helped us perfect our uniforms with unparalleled quality and excellent customer service, Dale has certainly been instrumental in guiding us to find a garment and design that not only represents the brand but washes well and lasts the test of time, rather than just taking the cheapest offer, Dale recommended different printing techniques and garments to standardise a uniform that we now order every few months - usually availing of new offers and changing colour ways seasonally.nnThe team have always been helpful in resolving any issues, and ensuring that we don’t run out of uniforms through quick turnaround and personal customer support. The BEST company we’ve ever dealt with for custom embroidery hands down.  We’ve tried many local small businesses for custom embroidery and never really been satisfied. If you’re fussy and want it right, workwear express will work with you to get your logo just the way you want it to look on your garment.  Their customer service is also outstanding. We had a slight error on a re order , a simple email and all was rectified within a day.  Highly recommended.

Really disappointed with this company and its the first time I have ordered from them.nI ordered some branded workwear from them for my small business. I checked the delivery dates and this fitted in with when I needed the products for.nTwo days before the delivery date I receive a generic email stating that due to production issues my delivery will not be dispatched for a further 6 days after the due delivery date.nReally really poor service and I haven't seen the product yet.nNeedless to say I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, maybe I should have checked the reviews before ordering as this seems to be a trend.nLooking at the reviews on here it's becoming almost a 50% guarantee that you will have a bad experience with this company.nUpdate......nI received my order and I have to say I am very impressed with quality. The service wasn't great, however the item was just what I needed when it finally arrived.

We have just recently started using Workwear Express for our uniforms. Had a number of orders all good quality and arrived in good time with our logo. I ordered more hoodies with our logo. This time they were a different make although advertised as the same. The quality was very poor. I got in touch and within 2 days the manufacturer had agreed to replace all 20 hoodies with our logo at no extra cost to us. Lauren was fantastic. Very professional and efficient. Many thanks.

Very slow turnaround time for orders and significantly over on estimated delivery times. When questioned are unable to confirm whether orders have been processed. Basically, pawn you off with made up stories.nnUpdate: received an email to say the item has been damaged and will be further delayed.
