Having used local independents prior to engaging Workwear Express we have been well rehearsed in design, quality, consistency and delivery issues.nnWorkwear Express have helped us perfect our uniforms with unparalleled quality and excellent customer service, Dale has certainly been instrumental in guiding us to find a garment and design that not only represents the brand but washes well and lasts the test of time, rather than just taking the cheapest offer, Dale recommended different printing techniques and garments to standardise a uniform that we now order every few months - usually availing of new offers and changing colour ways seasonally.nnThe team have always been helpful in resolving any issues, and ensuring that we don’t run out of uniforms through quick turnaround and personal customer support. They always have huge stock of multiple colour ways, another huge benefit is being able to add gilets or special order sizes in alternate brands when we need to do something that bit different.nnWorkwear Express have helped us out again, I forgot to place the last order, but we are now expecting another 56 new shirts to be delivered within a week or so, prompting me to write the review, most companies will hold their hand up when they make a mistake but how many hold their hand up when we make the mistake!?nn5 Star Review for a 5 Star Company, in business we depend on other businesses to do what we do, this is a Company that we can depend on, and that we will continue to work with, thanks for all you do Workwear Express! Ordered a jacket for work with the cold months coming in. Selected the click and collect option thinking it would be ready right away. Got the email no mention of a special order item. If I knew this I would have got a different want as wanted it as quick as possible. Came from Washington to Durham to collect when I was turned away to come back tomorrow when the jacket had arrived. Got the dispatch email this morning I was told this meant it was ready to collect even tho it said dispatch so came through again after work when the lad behind the desk couldn’t find it. Looked all over for it and while stood here get a email to say it’s been shipped. Never selected this option. Invoice even proved it and didn’t pay for it either. Would be over the moon if I didn’t make a wasted journey twice

Really disappointed with this company and its the first time I have ordered from them.nI ordered some branded workwear from them for my small business. I checked the delivery dates and this fitted in with when I needed the products for.nTwo days before the delivery date I receive a generic email stating that due to production issues my delivery will not be dispatched for a further 6 days after the due delivery date.nReally really poor service and I haven't seen the product yet.nNeedless to say I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, maybe I should have checked the reviews before ordering as this seems to be a trend.nLooking at the reviews on here it's becoming almost a 50% guarantee that you will have a bad experience with this company.nUpdate......nI received my order and I have to say I am very impressed with quality. The service wasn't great, however the item was just what I needed when it finally arrived.

We have been using Workwear Express for a number of years for our workwear.nWe have just received 5 Autumn bundles for our staff and very pleased with the order and quality.nThere have been a couple of issues in that time with some orders, but found they have promptly dealt with them..nThe delivery time has been prompt and I have not found they have exceeded a reasonable delivery time, especially when embroidering large quantities.nWill be ordering again, when more clothinig required.nThanks, Nick

Sizing ! I ordered four branded polo shirts to see what they are like, hopefully then to order more going forward, two medium women's and two XXL men's, both of the same polo make and the same branding. The women's medium are perfect, with no faults and with a good fit. The men's XXL however, were more like a standard Large. I've never worn anything bigger than an XXL and most XXLs are baggy on me, which is fine as that's how I like them. I returned them and complained as they were unwearable. This week I get a response saying that the size is within their limits and therefore won't give me a refund, they're returning the shirts instead - I suppose I'll just use them as expensive rags ! Poor sizing and poor customer service. I bought two good ones from elsewhere and they're a great fit. I will never use Workwear Express again.
