Don't even try to return something. Just write it off if you got it wrong. Just tried with a new item, perfectly packed, and original receipt. No way. Luckily, I saw a lady behind me at the till and gave her the item. She should fit it just right, and I hope she enjoys it. Shop's a disgrace.

I called in today to purchase new walking boots today which I did. The staff were so lifeless and NOT interested it was a bit like dealing with a self checkout at tesco think I've had a better experience with the self checkout out at tesco mind which is really sad nIs this the best Sports direct can find to represent the company
Massive amount of choices. However pin drop on Google maps is wrong, I've moved it several times but they won't correct it.
Staff were very helpful after a really unhelpful experience at the Washington Galleries store previously. I requested a printoff of a return form as I have no printer and a lad came running out of the store to give me it as I was leaving. Great customer service there!
