Went in to cash back unused foreign currency, purchased from Post Office online. Fobbed off with every excuse possible. Stood our ground through 3 phone calls to help desk they spoke to me twice! and eventually took 45 minutes to get to the end of the transaction. 'George' obviously didn't know what to do, and didn't want to bother finding out. USE CURRENCY SHOPS - DON'T USE POST OFFICE
Been my local post office for many years now ..never had a bad service yet..so friendly and always go above and beyond to help me out keep up the good work
Terrible. Paid £25 cash for person to fill form in and send to dvla for log book. This was never done as dvla never had it and we know he didn't ask us for all information off the car . He obviously pocketed the money. Tried ringing but no one answers the phone. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE

omg where do I start the staff are friendly willing to help if they can. I was waiting and the lady who was serving me ask if she could take a call I was happy to wait I was listening and she was trying to help an old man find his parcel and she said that the post man that comes to shop will be here soon ill pass your details on and get them to ring you back he was self isolated and was worried he would have to go out to me she did more that day keep up the good work and keep smiling always love to go in our local post office xx
Do not exchange travel money here ..con artist behind the counter tried to give me 1.14 on the pound and the rate is 1.27...went to another place got the proper amount...cant believe they tried to scam me avoid at all cost!!!!

Horrible staff make that place a zoopark,wasted my time 2 times today. Will use other office on Gateford Road
