I contacted Worksop delivery office today because Sheffield messed up and sent my parcel flowers to the wrong depot that were suppose to be delivered today for a family member that's not very well. Tracking number 280318988000AD1EB5 Showing as being delivered at 11am on June 20th has not been delivered. I've phoned the delivery office, 50 minute wait to be answered. I used the online check up of deliveries and it wouldn't recognise my Tracking number. What do I do next?
Clearly in competition with Evri for the worst delivery service, and winning hands down.....Well done Worksop Royal Mail......I only get post 2 days a week, up to 6 letters each time, they're obviously holding back our mail, I thought that was illegal , the 1st class is now worthless and should be obsolete.i had a card last month, 1st class stamp, 9 days after it was posted, the last month has been comical, I've redeliver 6 letters which weren't for me....I now rush for the post to see who they are for this time.Last week all the mail was for my number but a different street, I ran out to complain and he didn't realise he was on the wrong street.thats dire isn't it. I asked him if he was going to collect all the post he'd wrongly delivered and he sneered and carried on regardless, sack the bloody lot of them and start again with people who can at least read a street name....I cannot believe what is happening here
I would be very grateful if you would scan the shipping label at the time of pickup. That way I get certainty and can update tracking information.

Discusting lately I’ve filed many reports of complaints, my post is only arriving once in a while we have missed hospital oppointments and when I’ve reported head office says they short staffed, I’ve spoke to people on my state and also reviewed cameras and no post office worker comes near if staff is a problem I suggest a plan is put in place to cover everybody’s mail once you get it. I used to receive post every day and expect to do asap
What a joke! Open for 2 hours in the morning!! How are working people supposed to collect the parcel?
always great service when i go to collect a parcel, long opening hours which is so much better than it used to be. i always make an effort to chat with the staff if it isn’t busy and they’re always receptive and like to talk. keep it up!
A parcel couldn't fit in my post box so after notification I redirected to my local post office. Delivery has now been attempted 5 times since 16th Dec. Each time I get an message to say Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible? Its a post office!!!! How do I get my parcel which is a present for my daughter. No one answers the phone I have rung at least 10 times. I don't know what to do!!!!! update 24.12.2020 yesterday I received an email to say the parcel had been delivered - but I don't know where it is, its not at my home address or at my local post office or at work which was my 2nd redirect address and I still cant get anyone to answer the bloody phone!!!!!!!!! Where is my parcel???????
