always great service when i go to collect a parcel, long opening hours which is so much better than it used to be. i always make an effort to chat with the staff if it isn’t busy and they’re always receptive and like to talk. keep it up!
Had to wait a while to get served, but when I did the service was pretty quick.
Just been in to collect a missed parcel the gentleman with the beard was very very rude barking at me to wait outside one in one out he said - whilst I appreciate that Covid is still very prevalent as an NHS midwife who has worked right through the pandemic I completely understand but there is a way of speaking to people and I do not want to be spoken to in that manner ! Maybe a customer services course would be beneficial for this worker ! Please have a word with him Royal Mail ! It’s nice to be important but more important to be NICE !
The male staff are always pleasant and friendly but the female manager doesn't care about the customers. I try and get someone else to collect my packages if I can as I am Autistic and become anxious at the thought of encountering the woman.
Arranged for a parcel to be collected and the item has not turned up where it is suppose to go to. I have called royal mail up to find out they have taken it to the sorting office and its just sitting there making no attempt to actually deliver it!! This place don't even bothering answering the bloody phone to try and sort it out! Shocking after reading how many one star reviews this place has totally agree the staff here are very rude and don't care that they are keeping your parcels and not actually delivering them!
A parcel couldn't fit in my post box so after notification I redirected to my local post office. Delivery has now been attempted 5 times since 16th Dec. Each time I get an message to say Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible? Its a post office!!!! How do I get my parcel which is a present for my daughter. No one answers the phone I have rung at least 10 times. I don't know what to do!!!!! update 24.12.2020 yesterday I received an email to say the parcel had been delivered - but I don't know where it is, its not at my home address or at my local post office or at work which was my 2nd redirect address and I still cant get anyone to answer the bloody phone!!!!!!!!! Where is my parcel???????
I've always had a positive experience with collecting parcels and rearranging delivery, I think they do a great job.
We are all having problems with the lock down but these lot take the biscuit. They leave cards with hours of collection you look online just to check when sorting office is open all are wrong. You can no only collect 7am to 9am to reduce queues a member of staff told us well to reduce queues you would extend hours not reduce them. Get your act together edit your website and cross out or edit collection times on any cards. Save people unnessesary journeys into the very centre of town
I've been waiting almost five days for a 'Special Delivery' parcel that was sent from an eBay seller in Glasgow. I checked the 'Track & Trace' website and everything was going fine until it reached the Worksop PDO THIS DELIVERY OFFICE IS EITHER RUN BY COMPLETE IDIOT'S OR THEIVES My best guess would be probably a few of each Almost £7.00 for so called next day delivery before 1pm - WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
Not even worth one star. Despite a strong complaint the staff here really do not give any concern, care or interest in customer care. From management right down the chain it's very poor here. Disinterested, unhelpful, selfish, focused only on themselves. Nobody answers the phone - ever. It would be easier to reach the man on the moon than staff here. This office and people within display a total and absolute disregard for the general public. When you walk in to collect a parcel it's a dirty, squalid tired old place. Staff here need to spring clean. It's disgusting. The manager Sandra appears not to lead by example. Avoid at all cost. If you can find another sorting office I suggest you do. It's worth using your petrol. Don't bother here.
