We have redefined recruitment and helped over 800 women into work.

Our aim is to educate more employers, change their hiring practices and help them create social value.

We challenge stereotypes by showing that our candidates make successful and valued members of staff at some of the UK's biggest public and private sector companies.

We lobby politicians and we shift attitudes among employers, the media and society.

We operate in women's prisons and communities across London and the South-East, and our Manchester office operates across the North of England and the Midlands.
