No decision on applications yet but Annette has been outstanding in her professionalism and empathy.
Poor service, have to agree, last minute cancellations with no attempt to reschedule when forms have a deadline. Concerned about confidentiality, no doubt Patrick and Stephen will delete comments that inform the public of such poor service. Clients should have confidentiality, yet names are shouted out and documents not covered and read by carers who are not there to give advice. Very disappointing service. Again, agree, concern about the professionalism here or lack of it. they rely on volunteers, so well done those who do a good job, but not sure all volunteers should be there? questions about their ability. help advice Services across all boroughs are struggling and have to rely on good will of volunteers, but not just anyone should be given a position, when their work is substandard and actually is detrimental. Come on DAII such minimal provision is Islington, but don't just accept anyone as an advisor. we should be seen free of judgment and advisor gossiping with others - where is the attention to privacy and confidentiality?????? If I see this deleted - then why are you scared of transparency - how will you improve if you give a false representation of your service???
In response to Mor Cos review. Sadly Patrick has passed away and was a valued member of our team. Who had many commendations and awards for his service to DAII. Due to these circumstances we are requesting that your post be removed. So as not to cause distress to the many service users he has successfully supported..

Wonderful people who provide a very helpful service. If you are struggling to get anything done due to your disability they go out of the way to assist you in getting the help you need. I don’t know what I would do without them.

It is a very local disabilaed peoples space good for meetings of groups of 8-10 people
