I went in, the shop only had one customer, other than me, who was collecting their order when I arrived and the phones/order machine was silent. When I placed my order, I was told it would be about 20 minutes wait, which I not too bad. There were two more orders while I was there and the second person was told it would be over 40 minutes for a very simple order. The entire time, the phone/order machine was silent and no delivery drivers arrived for pick up. I got my order nearly 40 minutes after it was placed. When I got home, the food was average at best, but they had messed up one of the dishes I ordered duck with plum sauce and got duck and pineapple and the spring rolls were dripping in grease and about 80% beansprouts. My partner barely finished half of her meal because it was so disappointing. I will not be using this place again.
The best chinese I have been to in years! Fresh ingredients, the best curry sauce and service with a smile. Would certainly recommend.Food: 5/5
Not salty not greasy thank god. a proper chow mein . 20 years I've been searching for this and now I've finally found it. Thank you thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
This place used to be amazing but not anymore. 3rd time I've had food where its basically gone straight in the bin. Gave the benefit of the doubt but this is the last time I waste money here. Few weeks ago I ordered online and when ringing them after 1hr 45 was told they hadn't checked the online orders - no apology at all was given. Tonight the food was cold, the chips were like how they are the next day after microwaving and half of them still like a raw potatoe. Can't even force myself to eat any of it
Ordered a large order nearly £60 via deliveroo. Didn't arrive so when I called all I got was being talked over and blamed for missing their calls even though I had no missed calls and no delivery had turned up at the address, even though it was somewhere they'd delivered before, and told that my order had been eaten. Well I hoped they enjoyed it. Normally good food but this was shocking service. Will think twice and go to alternative.
I have been a Wordsley Chinese customer for over 16 years, and the last order was probably the worst I have had. The delivery took over 2 hours, and the only reason why it got delivered is because BigFoodie contacted the owner in the end. When you wait a long period of time for your food to be delivered, you are atleast expecting the food to be hot. The food I was given was stone cold. I hate to give this place a 1 star review. Many times the food is hot, tasty and delivery is good. But you can never forgive or forget bad experiences. An apology from the driver would have been the least I was expecting and I did not get that.

Fantastic reliable place! 4 out of 5 times I've only had a 10 minute wait for collection... Prices are always accurate to the Menu and the food is always hot. Very polite on the phone and upon collection. Also, no upset tummies unlike some others in Wordsley.
Ordered food 6.30pm arrived 8.20pm. Even though food was hot and tasty, didn't really feel like it when it did arrive. This is the second time this has happened so will not be using again. No apology. Wouldn't mind but we only live just over a mile away.
I went here for the 1st time lastnight on a recommendation. They did get my order wrong I orded a special chow Maine and got special curry. But it was all very good better than our normal place we use and we will use this again recommended
