It's an ok location but jeez it's expensive, that sign gave me a good giggle definitely true! Thank god we went after 7pm so no Congestion Zone charges at least
Poor entry when turning right, seems wrong and dangerous. Plenty of spaces when I visited during an evening. The cost of parking is absolutely ridiuclous, I only spent two hours there in the evening and was charged £6.80, for some reason it is more expensive on weekends than weekdays which is ridiculous. I have attached an image of the parking costs. One redeeming feature is that there are pay machines that accept card, most of the time you have to install an app, and that never works.
The auto payment system tried charging us £42 for 3 hrs stay.nIf your staying ends after 8pm be careful.
This car park is in a very good location for the centre of Oxford... and you pay prices to reflect that! But other than the extortionate parking fees just under £25 for the day its a car park. Lines are marked clearly, machines worked ok.
Location perfect for our needs,nMinus points only 2 of the 4 machines working for card payment were supposed to be working,but going through the process number plate/hours/receipt etc, nothing happened apart from going back to start.nRecommend ring go app work perfectly.nnAlso if only 2 of the 4 machines we available to pay by card,what was the purpose of the other2 machines in a cashless car park?
