The facts:n1. There was no space despite having paid £13 to JustPark in advance as it was match day in Cardiff.n2. They did not refund me cash. There is a 'refund' for me on my account with them which I can use towards my next parking with them. Of course I will never be using their company again.n3. It took 30 minutes to find the entrance to the carpark, driving round and round in circles.n4. The person who drive in behind me had also paid on JustPark in advance and there was not a space for them either.n5. I found on street parking immediately adjacent to their carpark, which cost £6 - a lot cheaper than the £13 JustPark charge.nnFrom my perspective, this is the most stressful parking experience I have ever had. On my own with a crying baby in the back on match day in a capital city, Cardiff, in the pouring rain, driving round and round in circles and when I finally figured out the only place left the entrance to the carpark can be, I get there and there is no space. Appalling Experience. Do not use this company!
