The train station is usually quiet, the staff are seemingly nice. With the elongated platforms, there is plenty of space and shelter. Very good train station with many local shops and stores

Easy drop off by main doors for taxis. Platform was clean, tidy and very quiet! Various trains stop here and I would recommend to go to Hereford or Bristol temple meads. Will definitely visit this station again.

The chap who works on the platform carried my very heavy case up all the steps to get me to the London platform.  Real service from a real person. Very kind and helpful

Great local station with good connections and a cafe. Very small car park

No disabled access to second platform. No toilets, dirty and smelly. Very miserable environment to be in, avoid this train station
