Very clean and well-kept. Lifts to each platform, although I didn't use them so can't say if they working when I visited. Seems to have plenty of parking.nnDidn't see any platform staff. Bins had been emptied. I visited on Sunday and it wasn't really busy. Could do with more sheltered seating for when it rains. Well lit at night when I returned for my return journey. The steps up to the bridge have a motion sensor, so the lights kick in when you walk towards them.

Went to Bromsgrove to visit the Avonscroft Heritage Museum, and it was fab! Lots of old buildings to explore in, and how most were moved and saved from being destroyed to the museum. Many pictures to follow! Also, the weekend we went there was a Medieval weekend. To the right of the train station there are buses to the museum...however, the museum had a free bus service which the driver turned up in a vintage bus! He dropped us there, and back to the station! He even allowed my grandson to sit at the wheel to have his photo taken, and he was over the moon. You should check out their website, as they have other special weekends on I think the next one is a 30s 40s weekend.nEntry prices were quite reasonable..£12.50 for adults and £7 for a child....theirs a tea room set in one of the old buildings..and a van was also there doing chips etc. Lovely day out. We brought a picnic as there's tables dotted about. Plenty of toilets there as well, which is a godsend, and a disabled toilet. Gift shop was quite reasonable to! You can also ride on the miniature railway for £1.00!

The replacement bus dropped us here. Lifts available for wheelchair access. Says there's a cafe but not open on Sundays.nnAfter travelling on a coach with no toilet access, as well as suffering travel sickness, I really needed the toilet. Only, I found that it was locked and nobody around to unlock it. It is extremely frustrating and distressing. I understand it's likely to prevent vandalism, but it's really unfair to train station users.nnTrain was on the wrong tracks, and a group of about 30 people missed the train as a consequence. Nobody around to discuss options with.

Totally unimpressed. We bought tickets last Saturday to go into Worcester at the pay machine. Then headed to the platform to discover the train had been cancelled and also the subsequent ones. Surely the system shouldn’t allow you to purchase a ticket if the train is cancelled ‍. I’ve since tried to get a refund and even that’s not easy either I’m going round in circles! So infuriating!
