I’ve just had carpets fitted by stu and his work mate, I live in a 3 story house so it was a big job. I must say they were so polite and fantastic carpet fitters Well done guys you’ve made me smile again. I will defiantly get my bedrooms soon the staff are lovely?
Went to shop to get ideas and rough estimate to purchase laminate or vinyl floor for kitchen, Spoke to manager/owner ? who gave us few minutes of his extremely valuable time , told us vaguely, laminate flooring or vinyl sheeting would be best option , asked us if we had size of area which we did not have , did not show any further interest or offer advice, just pointed us in direction of vinyl sheeting and then vanished , have used this company 2 times previously never again , Obviously customers with bigger orders are their main priority. Disgraceful attitude .
Laminate flooring fitted today by Mark and Nathan. Arrived on time, worked their socks off. They did a great job and are the tidiest workmen i have ever seen. Didnt leave a scrap of mess. Thanks lads
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! i have been 4 times customer with this company They have been provided a carpet to my Partner my sister andmy sister in law all after ihave recommended them. But this time i bring my carpet to be sew the edges THIS VERY RUDE MANAGER GEORGE!!! Keep shouting and humiliating us in store tp say take our carpet with is and he will not do it. Before he did not charge us for sewing the rest of our carpets this time they are charging us £60??? For a small cut carpets?? I am not happy the way he treated us in the store such in a rude manner He was very rude and verbally abusive and patronising! My partner is willing to pay the £ 60 and he instead shouted at him Take your carpet with you im not doing it Such an childish act! Never ever come back to your store again such a nightmare!!! There’s alot of carpet company which are more professional and kind! This is very unprofessional people! George you are better of to leave that job !! Very rude person
just called in whilst passing and picked a carpet up for the bedroom, the staff was friendly and very helpful even carried the carpet to my car ,brilliant service I would highly recommend this shop and I will be back in the future definitely worth 5 stars
Went in today to.price a carpet. They were so helpful, asking me where it was for. Showing me an example laid on the floor, telling me that my hands were too sensitive and carpets should be tested with your feet. They gave me a price and explained how much the carpet would go up.or down depending on the square foot price of the carpet, every additional £1 on the square foot price was x amount added to my quote. This enabled me to work out price differences and I eventually made my choice. Service was brilliant. No pressure but plenty of staff in the shop.so you weren't left waiting around looking for somebody. I haven't had the carpet delivered or fitted yet, but so far I had a good customer experience.
Helpful staff... Long waiting for fitting but it is the run up to Christmas so may be busier due to season.
We have used Woolton Carpets over the last 30 years. The staff in the shop and the carpet fitters who come to your home are all very professional and do an amazing job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I have never been met with such bad / unprofessional service in my life. Booking a time slot between 12 and 2pm - arriving early - said they called my mobile and no missed call. No ringing on doorbell or evidence of them arriving or missed call and then given abuse to me and a third party when requesting that they come at the allocated time between 12 and 2pm only to be told "I cant come because I need to pick my kids up from West Derby". I was given this time slot first thing this morning. Spoken to very rudely and proportioning blame because he allegedly came earlier than planned and how dare I ask for him to come at the allocated time slot. My colleague was called a liar by the manager also and verbally abused over the telephone. Needless to say we had no alternative to cancel and go with a more professional carpet provider. Regardless of the fact the customer is always right - this was a car-crash. I also had taken time off work to accommodate the supply / fitting and spend the afternoon crying as I had also taken my old carpet up and took it to the dump to save them a job and it would have taken 20 mins if that to fit. This was refused profusely.
Although me and my brother loves our floor which of course we would we picked it as for the customer service we ordered our floor in January they come out measured both mine and my brothers then heard nothing I phoned them to be told floor wouldn't be in till 25th Feb ok with that then that date came and went so I phoned again to be told it was coming in till 11th March said we can go in and pick different floor but said waited this long we will stick with that one the very next day they phoned me to say floor is in and could they fit my the next dayWednesday and my brothers Friday said yes if course so I took the next day off work they phoned me to say couldn't fit it as one of the fitters has tested positive will do it the following morning next morning got my sister to be in mine for 8 as I was in work she texted me at 11 to say they hadn't turned up I phoned shop to be told it would be after one I explained what I had been told she told me it doesn't work like that when the fitters come in the decide what and were they are going first to say I was angry is an understatement as I had to take another afternoon off work as my sister had hospital appointment so I lost a day and half pay told them they had to be at brothers first thing as his wife is disabled lucky they was it wasn't a cheap job costing over 3000 we WILL NOT be using WOOLTON CARPETS again
