Very very rude receptionists had to reaarrang appointments gave them 2 weeks notice both times as I have to attend hospital appointments regularly told I could not come to practice anymore. I rang to find out why. Explained the situation to a disgust receptionist who then said she'd refuse to see my children have now found another dentist who is great and it turns out the work I was having done was not actually needed so was also trying to con me STAY AWAY

Disgusting service from Reception. Was ordered to pay £20.60 soon as i entered. Then the Dentist said is £200 a filling for each filling. Then the dentist said cant do anything today need to come back again. Was ordered to check with reception earliest appointment was October for evening!. Receptionist then demanded £56 again for the other appointment. I refused and said this is a joke. I work full time and how do you expect me to wait another 2 months for an appointment after waiting 3 months for an appointment! I then refused to pay and told the receptionist that I will go private and she then said "I will remove you from our system then".. What a joke! Do not use !

So far so good about to start treatment here will post more as and when. Update, treatment has started and they are rude as well as keep you in pain for months, then cancel your appointment but only tell you when you arrive after driving 20 miles. I've lowered the stars to reflect the service. Weeks on and still in pain and no one is interested so I'm looking for an alternative practice.

Terrible place. Receptionists are rude. 22 weeks pregnant and wont see me with severe pain as i need a check up first which is 2 weeks away. Before you can finish what your saying the receptionist butts in and talks over you. Will be joining another dentist.

Was ok until my recent experience had fillings and about 7:30pm after the numbness had gone i noticed one had not been filled so i waited till next morning to get seen and i was told to wait till the end of June with a flipping whole in my tooth and thats dam right disgusting it should be ok we'll squeeze you in and not have to wait 4 hours especially when i payed for it your very close to loosing 1 customer
