Nice place with some interesting holes, and a very reasonable green fee. I enjoyed the course apart from the greens. Putting was a challenge as the greens on many holes were very uneven with bare patches. The ball would jump and bobble which detracted from the enjoyment. Hopefully, the green staff will apply their skills to this.
27 good holes at a varying level of difficulty which makes for a fun day. Plenty of water hazards which adds to the scenic nature of the course. It is useful to be able to book 9 or 18 holes and you can choose which course you want to play. Green fees are very reasonable and there is a driving range and putting green. Range balls could do with a refresh.
Didn’t have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Played the 9 hole Avon, booked online before for a cheaper green fee. The greens were immaculate and the pace of play was good. Range token was a bit pricey, but the the course is value for money.
Course was a little wet unfortunately, the holes we played were in great condition for the time of year, the chap in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine is awesome, the pasties were so amazing I went back the following day for coffee and a pastie, unfortunately all the pasties were gone!
Nice course. Good to see some of the long grass, thorns, and trees have been cut back. Just a shame no food or drink can be had afterwards.
Nice, open feeling, driving range. Not every mat had a tee and some of the tees were a bit broken but, seeing as it wasn't too busy, it didn't prove to be an issue. I'm perhaps not the best person to review a driving range, as I've previously not been to one in years, but I found the experience enjoyable.
Extremely poor customer service. Arrived at 5.15 to do 20 mins putting after work, which we have done many times. We were collard by a man on an obvious power trip who was incredibly rude and wouldn’t let us on. The club I’m a member of in Wiltshire, along with every other golf club I’ve ever been to would be entirely content with this. I won’t be returning and bringing future revenue to the site. We’ll now play at Long Ashton which is a far nicer course anyway.
Well kept cou rse with good greens. I played 18 on Avon and Brunel and thoroughly enjoyed it Great value for money.
Golf course in good condition but club house either not recovered from covid or in first stage of shut down. Bacon rolls among the worst served.
Great facilities. Shame the range balls are falling apart. Paid for 50. Approx 10-12 had chunks missing. Need to invest in some new balls. Other then that. Good facilities
