Woodside Country Park

We booked a long weekend at Woodside Country Park at the end of Jan and stayed in one of their wooden lodges. Had a brilliant time, the lodge was lovely, so clean, very well equipped. The site was exceptionally clean and tidy, We had our 2 year old dog with us, he loved the lakes and surrounding area. On arrival we had tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk waiting for us - very much appreciated and a lovely touch. We visited The Trumpet pub on our first night (dog friendly) which was nice but a bit of a trek if walking it as no paths, just grass verges along a very busy road. We walked into Ledbury the next couple of days. All the pubs we went to were dog friendly, which is great! We ate in The Horseshoe one afternoon, delicious flat bread pizzas! All in all a relaxing, very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be returning.

Half way through a week's stay in a log cabin here at Woodside. Can easily say we shall be back. Would highly recommend staying here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, cabin is lovely. There's so much land to wander round the 2 year old and the dog live it. LOADS to do locally or further afield, would definitely recommend going to Newbridge Farm if you have children.

Stayed here a few times, in the pods, and camping ⛺. Fantastic place so peaceful. Good fishing too. Can't wait till next year.

Originally booked for 2 nights and ended up booking 2 more !! Lovely place to stay and either relax, walk, fish or go swimming! Shops are local in the car and various pubs to visit if you fancy eating out nearby. Nice atmosphere and the shower blocks/toilets are clean.

We came for a long weekend and didn't want to leave. Everybody on site couldn't be more helpful, spotless, friendly and beautiful . Would I come back... Of course I would. And the icing on the cake is the Two lakes with lovely carp to catch.
