Went in and asked for a threshold strip to connect a hardwood floor to a laminate floor.  Was told there was no such thing, wandered about and found exactly what I'd asked for.  The store content is good and reasonably priced but the customer service is about as bad as it gets.

Staff don't mind that they are ripping you off and the customer service is not the best.

Cheaper ply than the likes of Wickes and B&Q and they offer free cutting service. The issue is that not all staff have been trained well on the machine, making it a bit of a gamble especially if you need very accurate cuts.

Delivery to Kerb side only.  Left parts in the drive.   Felt missing from delivery.   Poor customer service when dealing with this matter.   The key supplied was just a copy and despite all the hassle Katie Joyce from their "Sales & Client Services" refused to send another one.   She simply referred me to the retailer.    AVOID
