We went to look at their range of sheds by the local manufacturer Tiger Sheds.nWe experienced superb customer service from a young guy called Cornish. Knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, we weren’t given a sales pitch, just good advice. Very efficient too. Highly recommended.nDisclaimer, we did but a shed and will post an update when it is delivered and assembled.
I have been shopping at Woodlands for years now and would highly recommend them, in my experience if trades are using a local store it speaks volumes, in the past some of the staff were not very motivated, but they appear to have a great team now, helpful and knowledgeable, the wood cutting service is fab and very accurate and saves me cutting the timber wonky at home, I would like to say well done for competing with the bigger players in the DIY market ...
A good first stop for general DIY items and tools, also garden, building and project items.nThe staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The main points.nNot a huge place but adequately stocked with a good range of building, DIY and gardening materials.nKnowledgeable and friendly staff only too happy to help.nFree wood cutting service which again, not everywhere does.nSorry but I didn't get his name, but the lad who helped me on Friday 14th June in the wood department was really helpful and a credit to your business. A huge thumbs up from me!nThere was a small queue at the tills but additional staff jumped on to help.nIt's the little helpful things that make you return time and time again.
Purchased materials here to build a garden fence. The staff were exceptional. Providing great advice and really friendly. Compared to other places we had been in the area, the prices and quality of wood products at Woodlands DIY were a cut above the rest. Do yourself a favour and and save yourself money and time - just use these guys.
