Took my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watch in for a service and repair, took approx 8 weeks to get it back. Amazing value at £195 compared to the £800 Berrys in Leeds had quoted me. Very impressed with the service, don't be put off by the 8 week turnaround, when I dropped it off I was told it would take a while due to the Xmas rush.
I found the shop very attractive and well stocked. The lady who served us was very pleasant. However, not quite so pleasant when we returned item, broken after 3 or 4 wearings! Even said it must have been caught an expensive bracelet. Also set with Cz stones I believe, and one fell out somewhere! Very disappointing.
I recently purchased a bracelet on line from Leevans. It was on the proviso it could be retuned if I did not like it. What excellent service - thankyou - and today I received a formal insurance valuation including photographs. They have gone beyond normal service and I would like to thank them. Great doing business with you - thank you!
Needed a watch resizing. Were unable to do it on the spot so kept it over the weekend and we collected the following Monday. All staff extremely helpful! Many thanks
I had a bespoke ring designed and made by Leevans and the help and service provided was fantastic. Aimee has great design expertise and I was kept updated throughout the whole process.
The staff here are very friendly and provide a very knowledgeable service , I took my watch in today around 12 and was fixed by 2.30 the same day and was only charged £4.95 for a battery and replacement pin. I would highly recommended leevans
Needed some links removing from a metal Seiko watch strap. Staff courteous and efficient. Took two visits to get it right - but this was down to me, not them. Second adjustments done at no extra cost.
Amazing customer service was kept up to date with my repair and I even got a complimentary clean my chain looked brand new again thank you to the lady who helped me locate the other weak links within the chain will definitely return in the future
