Europe's only Quaker Study Centre. We run short courses both at Woodbrooke and in meetings as well as providing B&B accommodation and conference facilities

Story

Woodbrooke is many things to many people. Our learning programmes inform and motivate Quakers, those of other faiths or none. Our inspiring venue in Birmingham offers space for meetings and events, and we welcome those looking for a unique bed & breakfast experience.

This place is pretty lovely as far as the accommodations. The food could be better but the have ample snacks available throughout the day that are great. A lovely place to meet people from all walks of life and quite a beautiful garden to roam around.

Went for a retreat day. Wow. What a treat. Need to be used more the place and grounds are a hidden most beautiful space to chill out. And the food and morning and afternoon treats are absolutely gorgeous.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, both prior to and add the event. A wide range of drinks and biscuits were available - covering a wide range of dietary needs. Lunch was delicious. The room was attractive and well equipped. The line area light and relaxing. I'd recommend.
Have been here a number of times with a large group of school children. Always made to feel very welcome, excellent service, lovely staff, amazing food and although basic; the rooms are spotless. Deserves more than 2*Rooms: 4/5
Beautiful welcoming place!
Love this venue! we used it for team away day Karge historic rooms but good facilities plus lovely Gardens/grounds, friendly staff highly recommended
