Most professional dentist practice I have come across. I was constantly drifting from one dentist to another due to travelling. Now I am settled in one location. I needed a permanent dentist to care for my teeth. After extensive examination by Hamish, I knew this was the practice for me. Hamish is by far the best dentist I have come across and there is no doubt the rest of the team are of the same calibre. Hamish formulated a treatment plan on what I would like to have achieved and we completed phase one of my restoration today. And the results are superb, so happy, looking forward to getting phase 2 completed soon. Everyone is welcomed with a warm welcoming smile from the front house team. The prices reflect the high standard of work carried out and they are very reasonable. I have and always will say you can't put a price on your health. And your Teeth/gums are the critical part of a complex body. I highly recommend Woodborough House to anyone looking for top class service in the dentistry arena.
I was referred for a deep root canal treatment with Sally McCarthy. Sally was brilliant – extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. I felt completely at ease and she explained everything clearly both pre and post treatment. The two hour procedure was carried out thoroughly and without any discomfort. I can highly recommend Sally and the great team at Woodborough House Dental Practice. Thank you!
Arriving in the UK without a dentist, I was delighted to be so warmly welcomed at Woodborough House. I needed to have a painful tooth removed. I had an initial meeting with Nick, who would be doing the extraction. He advised and explained in appropriate detail what would be involved on the day. Prior to the appointed day, I was provided with documentation about the aftereffects of the sedation and recovery. I am delighted to say that I am well on the way to recovery. In this time of mediocrity and money saving it is a complete flippin relief and joy to find a dentist that offers outstanding service, excellent professionals and wonderful communication. If I had found this dentist 10 years ago my teeth wouldn't be half as bad! Honestly it's like winning the lottery. I have been unhappy with NHS dental practices for many many years. After retiring I decided I wanted to spend my small pension lump sum on improving my teeth. Woodborough House was recommended by a friend. After initial consultations with Hamish, Nick, Sarah, Luis and Helen I have decided to go with orthodontics and 2 implants and white fillings. The staff also know that I am on a limited budget and have accommodated this. I have given the review 4 stars because of the quality and professionalism of the staff. They have listened to what I want to achieve and treated me like a person, not a number. I have no doubt that after my treatment is finished my final review will be 5 stars. Thank you to the team for being so lovely. Cant wait to get started.
Just wanted to take the time to share our recent visit at Woodborough house and say thank you. Once again your team were amazing with my 6 year old son, from the lovely ladies at reception through to Rupert the dentist and Ruth the dental nurse and the dentists walking through reception as we were waiting everyone we saw today was lovely and welcoming. My son hasn’t had the easiest time with his teeth, having numerous visits and treatments over the past year and I’m SO glad we’ve found Rupert and Woodborough to look after him, you’re all amazing. Rupert was very reassuring today as always and we’ve left with a happy boy and me a happy mum! I couldn't recommend Woodborough enough, they've always fitted us in - even on super short notice and given my son outstanding care. Fantastic value for money, and worth travelling for - we travel from 40 mins away purely because of the care and team here. P.S. The superhero idea was a big hit! He loved coming in as Spider-Man today and your team were brilliant in engaging with him.
I have recently completed my second successful implant procedure at Woodborough House. In all the numerous appointments I was impressed by the care and attention of all the staff, and in particular by the expertise of Dr. Fahey. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to any prospective patients.
NICEST DENTIST EVER! I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Celine for my first appointment today. She was fantastic! Super professional and made me feel at ease instantly. Accompanied by her just as awesome assistant Ziahraa the appointment flew by and felt more like catching up with friends than being at the dentists. Booked in my next two appointments straight after. Also, a hat nod to the admin staff. They’re always lovely to speak to and very helpful. If you need a new dentist….. you’ve just found it.
I have had a number of dental procedures over the last 5 years at Woodborough and the service has been fantastic. Every step of the way Nick and his team have discussed options without being judgemental about how my teeth were. I am pleased to say that I can now smile with confidence this truly means a lot to me!!
A highly professional, actively listening, caring group of people in every role, for whom nothing is ever too much it seems. I am a year into complex dental requirements that span 3 different specialists, with each of their excellent assistants and a team of booking and finance people who just never put a foot wrong. Could not be more impressed with the culture, approach, good humour and kind consideration, and best of all... it isn't hurting and I love how my teeth look and feel! Highly recommend this quirky bunch of extreme professionals, who are clearly masters in their field.
