Nice range of wood flooring. Prices are generally highend but there were a few £40 to £50 psqm options. What was less impressive is the woman behind the counter. Cold as ice and rude with it. If she is the owner then it's a strange way to run a business. If she is an employee then the owner needs to perhaps have a rethink.

Excellent service, installed a Concreate floor for one of my grandparents and they are thrilled with it.

I found the complete opposite to the review posted by Robin on 12 Aug. Went into them today and the lady behind the counter made little or no effort to help. All she did was give me a brochure and made no effort to find out my requirements or help me find a product that would suit. When I did ask a question she just flicked through the brochure in a derogatory fashion. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and that's no way to treat your customers. I even had measurements with me and was willing to spend money there but after how I was treated I'll go elsewhere.
