A close friend had a dreadful experience recently - poor communication, rude staff at the office and poor response to follow up issues. Has completely put me off using them again

Great Carpets Shops 5 STARS ... highly recommended worth the price and great customer services. I had my wood floors and carpet installed and will carry on using English and Oriental Carpets to complete EACH room in the house. Its also good for doing your room one at a time - if you cannot afford to do it all at once. They are the best company I have ever dealt with - when it comes to flooring and carpet installations. The Gentleman on the front desk in Surbiton is lovely - helpful - patient - very professional and very organized - they have great communication from order to delivery and date installation (GOOD FROM START TO FINISH) HOOK ROAD front desk shop staff "man" was also very helpful and has a great product knowledge. DAVID and The Rest of the CREWS who installs floors and carpets was the most helpful and quick and great with their job. They carry out the job - if they say they come back the next day - they do ... they are neat and tidy and have a friendly aura about them. THIS SHOPS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR TOUCH "ENGLISH ORIENTAL CARPETS" THEY ARE WORTH THE PRICE FOR THE BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE OFFERED ....
