Had a few meals and where very nice but lately quality has slipped Tonight my meal was cold chips had been warmed up about a couple of times mine went into the bin Bring the standard up or customers will go elsewhere. UPDATE this post was a few months ago 1/10/17 had lovely meal last night but once again chips were awful, cold, hard, they went in the bin so I ended up having my meal with no chips. Wont be using this takeaway again

Had a lazy night and didn't want to have to leave the house and go to our usual take away that doesn't deliver. What a huge mistake. The quality of ingredients was poor, taste wasn't fresh or appealing. I now appreciate our regular place far more. The woman who answered the phone and the delivery fella were both very nice though. Shame the food wasn't the same.

I was really impressed with delivery time and food was lovely.. normally go to sea view but looks like this could be the new place from now on. Lovely!!

Glad I picked this takeaway as ' next on my list' after trying many in Shields and getting either poor or just ok food. Food is so tasty, great flavours and quality ingredients IMO. Lass that answers phone is pleasant and polite and delivery guy is a nice friendly lad. No more working through the Chinese takeaway directory I'm sticking with Wonderful Wok

After being given the wrong meal on Wednesday night I spoke to a lady tonight on the phone and she has offered me 20% my next meal after the total cost of meal of £9 pound's so it will cost you £7.20 for chips and fried rice you can stick your 20% you have lost a customer in your shop people be warned why dont you respond to bad feedback # disgusting offer
