It could not be better. Phil came round and gave an honest assessment of our options. He was pragmatic and took the time to explain the options, the risks and the alternatives. He quoted promptly and comprehensively. He was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Phil started work when he said he would, carried out the work in the order he said he would and finished when he said he would. The quality of the work was high. Having moved in to our new home, I knew nothing about boilers. I couldn't get any hot water with an error message coming up on the boiler itself. Having consulted the manual and searched the internet for answers I thought I was condemned to an emergency plumber call out. I gave wonderfuel a call and he talked me through the process in 5 minutes and fixed the issue over the phone. I imagine most plumbers would have come out and charged a high tariff for their time but this act of generosity and kindness is a dying trait and means that Wonderfuel could not come more highly recommended. I know where to turn to when something else goes wrong.
