Almost nothing these guys did works as intended. It's exhausting chasing them up and I don't have the energy to take the latest issue to them. I'm going to get some other plumber to look at it in the hope they can do better. We had a new boiler and heating control unit plus a whole house pump to increase hot and cold water pressure. To be fair the boiler seems to work OK but the control unit seems to be unable to regulate the temperature of the central heating circuit so the room with the thermostat in will be heated to 24 degrees when it's set to 19. The water pump is incredibly noisy despite our extensive efforts to sound proof it. This was a concern raised before installation but the plumbers were just never interested in how noisy it was. They didn't seem to think that mattered. Now we have to have it turned off most if the time so as not to deafen the neighbor in the flat below. Finding a good plumber seems hard and the standards in the trade may be quite low but I suspect these guys are only average at best.
