Wish I'd seen reviews before booking my appointment on line. Just moved to the area and had an appointment with O'Sullivan. What a horrid man! Told me he didn't have time to read my notes as he has 20 patients waiting to see him. Left feeling I'd waisted both my time and his.

Never had any problems. Receptionists are lovely and the doctors and nurses i have seen have been very helpful.

I attended an appointment with my 20 year old daughter today with Dr OSullivan. He was obnoxious and dismissive from the moment we walked into his room. She has suffered with severe headaches and dizzy spells for the last couple of months. To be told by the doctor that she cannot be ill as she isn't old enough for a serious illness and that she was being argumentative with him. All she did was describe her symptoms and he called this argumentative!!!!!. Shame on you Dr OSullivan for the way you treated my daughter. I hope one day someone makes you feel as low as you have made her feel today. Gail Lawrence

My father had an appointment today with Dr O'Sullivan. He was so rude and dismissive! He did not even let us talk. Without even letting us explain why we were there to see him, he just said that he couldn't do anything for my dad because the last time he saw my dad was in September and in the mean time he has been seeing other doctors. He said that he is tired of people wanting to see him after they have seen other doctors. That is not the right way to speak to your patients Dr OSullivan and you made us feel quite offended. It seems unjust that patients can record unpleasant and potentially damaging statements regarding staff at the health centre yet the staff, constrained by patient confidentiality, are unable to respond or defend themselves. The administrative staff, the nursing and the medical staff have behaved with courtesy and kindness towards me and, on the one occasion that I have met with doctor O'Sullivan he was kind, understanding, supportive and funny
