Hi I caut wish for a better team at chapelfield I know I caut do without there smile at this sad time of our lives .i wish I wasn't in this position but we have to look at the positive and I wish others would do also stop moaning about how long they was waiting in as que on the phone line .some people are non curative diagnosis and have to be patient it not end of the world xx

Some of the doctors at this practice are fantastic ...... But the appointment system is flawed ..... Because you can only book an appointment on the day .... you have to ring at 8am on the dot ...theres been numerous times its taken me over 200 times of ringing to finally get through after it been constantly ingaged.... Its so annoying and rediculous !!!!!

Best doctors in the area, yes the appointment booking system is annoying but its the same with lots of other practices.

The moat stupid appointment system I've ever heard of. Honestly, the person who thought it'd be a good idea to only allow on the day booking for appointments needs sacking.
