We have a dog that is very anxious at the vets. It’s never any trouble to arrange the appointment and his ‘chill pack’ and for him to have the last double appointment of the day. No matter how upset he is about visiting the appointment it is always professionally managed and calm to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.
After my first visit to the Island veterinary practice it was quite clear that all the staff are a very caring team. Photo enclosed of Cilla who is doing well after her operation.
A very welcoming vet practice with excellent service provided from the vets and nurses. Highly recommend Wombourne Vets for any pet. I use this vets for both rescue animals and my own and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent service had devastating news about our dog & everything explained made us feel at ease
Awful experience of this practice my dog was dragged into the rear of the building screaming after she started panicking after a health check and vaccination, I told them to leave her and I would bring her back, but they insisted on doing the vaccination, no compassion for nervous animals just want to bring in the money also told me she had heart murmur and wanted to book her in for a scan of course lots more money very disappointed with the service need some training for staff and vets.nMy dog is now left terrified of going into any vets, fortunately I've found a fantastic vets at Kingswinford that nows how to treat nervous animals!!
